The ideal HR Administrator must be an organized, self-starter that enjoys administrative tasks. The position supports the organization through processing payroll, leading the hiring process with leadership, assisting in benefits administration, managing FMLA, maintaining employee files, and providing administrative support to the executive team.
This is a new position to the organization and a great opportunity to create efficient HR practices.

Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
