KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Lead Accountant to prepare, review and analyze financial information, including reports and regulatory reporting requirements.

The Lead Accountant will receive:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and analyze various financial information in compliance with US GAAP
• Preparate and review monthly senior executive and Board financial packages
• Prepare reports conferences and presentations
• Review monthly regulatory capital ratio calculations and other financial data
• Prepare and maintain source documents to meet SOX and ICFR requirements
• Provide financial support to internal and external associates
• Participate in the design and testing for various financial reporting projects
• Support the monthly closing process

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis or major in Accounting
• 5 + years of experience in Accounting and Reporting
• Public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
• Understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Hyperion and/or Workiva applications preferred
• CPA preferred
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship
