Job Summary
Leads the development, implementation, and administration of multiple compensation programs.
Designs and executes compensation programs that provide an equitable and competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees.
Under management direction, leads a variety of compensation-related projects.
Provides support to the Compensation Committees.
Consults with and provides guidance to affiliates on compensation-related matters.
Leads the salary survey participation and benchmarking process, completes job evaluations, and actively seeks current market trends and industry-specific data to inform appropriate solutions.
Maintains software to house survey data and conducts compensation analysis.
Advises managers on individual salary treatment and promotes pay equity.
Researches and provides recommendations for annual salary increase budget, merit matrix and salary structure adjustments.
Partners with Talent Acquisition to review offers and ensure position control.
Requirements:
At least four years of compensation analysis and related experience
Knowledge of compensation software
Authorization to work for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship
This position requires hybrid (onsite/remote) work in Columbia, SC.
