Job Summary

• Leads the development, implementation, and administration of multiple compensation programs.
• Designs and executes compensation programs that provide an equitable and competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees.
• Under management direction, leads a variety of compensation-related projects.
• Provides support to the Compensation Committees.
• Consults with and provides guidance to affiliates on compensation-related matters.
• Leads the salary survey participation and benchmarking process, completes job evaluations, and actively seeks current market trends and industry-specific data to inform appropriate solutions.
• Maintains software to house survey data and conducts compensation analysis.
• Advises managers on individual salary treatment and promotes pay equity.
• Researches and provides recommendations for annual salary increase budget, merit matrix and salary structure adjustments.
• Partners with Talent Acquisition to review offers and ensure position control.

Requirements:

• At least four years of compensation analysis and related experience
• Knowledge of compensation software
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship

This position requires hybrid (onsite/remote) work in Columbia, SC.
