KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Lead Product Manager to oversee product planning and execution. The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working through an Agile framework to ensure the achievement of business objectives. The Lead Product Manager will also ensure that the product and marketing efforts support the overall strategy and goals of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product.
  • Deliver market requirements and product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding business value justification.
  • Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and opportunities.
  • Serve as an expert with respect to the competition and benchmarking to industry best practices.
  • Develop product positioning and messaging approaches.
  • Support product demos to customers and stakeholders.
  • Set goals related to business outcomes, process metrics, and user satisfaction.
  • Deliver product features and roadmap refinements to senior leadership.
  • Develop and maintain business value proposition tools, documentation, and collateral.
  • Manage product launch budget and timelines against goals.
  • Develop customer engagement models.

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field supplemented by a minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products.
  • 10+ years of experience in a financial-related industry (fintech, lending, banking, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical background with a strong understanding of Agile practices.
  • Ability to travel 20-25% of the time (post-pandemic).
  • Experience in imaging solutions, electronic vaulting, and electronic signatures a plus.
  • Experience in collateral management a plus.
  • Must have examples of at least one successful product launch.
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

This position is authorized for remote work from anywhere in the U.S., with occasional travel to the corporate office as needed.  Only candidates willing to work standard business hours in East Coast Time will be considered.
