Description

KG Workforce Solutions is hiring for a Loan Servicing Assistant to support the lending operations of a growing downtown Columbia, SC client. The Loan Servicing Assistant will use his/her excellent customer service skills to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries and lender support requirements.

The Loan Servicing Assistant will have the following responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, providing superb customer service and professionalism
  • Receiving, reviewing, and resolving loan servicing requests
  • Adhering to corporate and mortgage industry standards, regulations, and guidelines
  • Meeting or exceeding all service standard requirements and metrics
  • Researching escrow accounts and payments
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, associate degree preferred
  • A least two (2) years of customer service experience
  • Previous mortgage lending experience
  • Excellent follow-up, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, database management systems, and other standard office software
  • Authorization to work for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship.

Hybrid work schedule: Remote (two days per week) and onsite work (three days per week). Onsite work will be in downtown Columbia, SC.  Competitive hourly rate. Great culture and leadership team. We encourage qualified candidates to apply today.
