Position title: Market Research Analyst / Consultant

Location: Columbia, SC (hybrid)

KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Market Research Analyst / Consultant in Columbia, SC. The primary responsibility is to manage complex surveys including research, project management, survey programming/creation, survey administration, data analysis, and reporting. The Market Research Consultant will execute and analyze large-scale research efforts and create reports, data visualizations, and presentations reflecting findings in an easy-to-understand format inclusive of recommendations to achieve business goals associated with data findings.

• Administer Qualtrics, including program and test surveys with advanced logic, embedded data, workflows, and other multifaceted requirements.
• Explore and implement creative solutions to meet project needs, such as custom coding or integrations with other data systems.
• Manage contact data in the Qualtrics directory and create customized dashboards for various stakeholders.
• Support Qualtrics users and maintain enterprise survey projects.
• Program and deploy new survey projects and analyze respondent feedback.
• Design and maintain dashboards in various delivery channels.
• Present findings to stakeholders.
• Enhance existing Voice of the Customer (VOC) research projects.
• Support primary and secondary market/customer/product/competitor research for various stakeholders.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research relating to current and future projects, products, customer satisfaction, market testing, and other measures to improve quality in sales and marketing.
• Support the marketing department in monthly, quarterly, and annual metrics for distribution to marketing teams and other stakeholders.
• Assist in Tableau development to support automation and enhanced reporting capabilities.

Required Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or other related field

Required Experience, Skills, and Abilities:

• Three years in market research and/or data analysis.
• Knowledge of statistics, market research methods, and data analysis tools and techniques.
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Experience developing surveys and analyzing consumer feedback.
• Qualtrics expertise is required.
• Intermediate-to-Advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to present to large groups including executives.
• Tableau dashboard development experience and/or Tableau server admin experience preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL Server databases and SQL scripting is preferred.
• JavaScript, CSS, or similar experience preferred.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
