KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Market Research Analyst. The Market Research Analyst will provide both primary and secondary market research and strategy support in developing and maintaining a competitive market position with information that will help identify growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collects/analyzes market data and provides reports
• Conducts qualitative and quantitative market research relating to current and future products, customer satisfaction, market testing, and other measures to improve quality and sales within marketing
• Monitors market to recognize market trends/competitor strategies and outlook/unmet customer needs/other issues that impact marketing
• Builds and maintains a Qualtrics-based Customer Experience dashboard and reports
• Provides analysis of reports to inform marketing strategies to drive initiatives
• Supports the marketing department in monthly, quarterly and annual metrics for distribution to marketing teams and CEOs
• Tableau development to support automation and enhanced reporting capabilities to marketing partners
• Management and oversight of the Qualtrics platform to support survey deployment and analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field
• Three years in market research data analysis
• Working knowledge of statistics and market research methods
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis
• Tableau and Qualtrics knowledge and experience preferred
• Above average skills in Excel
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Basic to intermediate knowledge in SQL Server databases and SQL scripting to update databases preferred
• Willingness and ability to work onsite in Columbia, SC (hybrid schedule)
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
