Description

KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for an Office Manager in downtown Columbia, SC. The Office Manager will use their strong organizational skills and attention to detail to support a fast-paced law firm.

Primary Duties:

  • Monitoring, downloading, paying, and disbursing insurance premiums and related records
  • Reconciling credit card accounts monthly
  • Maintaining accurate cost records in case management systems for clients
  • Working closely with CPA to maintain accurate payroll records
  • Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Maintaining all HR records to include performance reviews, PTO leave accruals, etc. for internal staff
  • Coordinating onboarding activities for new staff
  • Primary point of contact for outside vendors

Required Experience:

  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • QuickBooks Knowledge
  • At least two years in an accounting-related position, such as a bookkeeper, accounting technician, accounts payable/receivable clerk, etc.
  • Knowledge of general HR onboarding and employee relations standards preferred

Onsite work in downtown Columbia is required.
