KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Program Lead in Columbia, SC. This is a senior-level project manager that will work in the PMO department. A successful candidate for this role will be comfortable taking direction from leadership. Senior-level experience is needed but this role, but will not manage any subordinates.

Job responsibilities:

• Plan, develop, and organize program activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the initiative.
• Work with supporting project managers and Scrum Masters to maintain the program plan, workstream project plans, and supporting PMO activities.
• Plan, schedule, and lead meetings with Senior Leaders and vendors.
• Establish and manage short and long-term goals.
• Ensure the program and its contributing projects stay within the budget and operating plan.
• Evaluate the strengths or the program and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with the development of executive quality written communication, such as Senior Management narratives and Association Communications.
• Provide program leadership in support of project execution for both Waterfall and Agile teams.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Implement and manage change and pivot to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Lead stakeholder communications forums to create transparency related to project issues and decisions.
• Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status.
• Analyze and communicate program risks.
• Develop strategies with marketing and communications teams.
