Position title: Product Delivery Owner

Location: Columbia, SC (hybrid).

KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Product Delivery Owner to execute and achieve software, solutions, and services delivery commitments.

The Product Delivery Owner will be responsible for building and managing backlogs, defining requirements, writing user stories, and producing release notes, as well as designing, developing, and implementing assigned products.

 Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversees and prioritizes backlog and delivery of work while addressing and elevating issues when necessary.
• Ensures the team has a well-defined backlog of valuable work.
• Removes obstacles and roadblocks that impact team performance.
• Uses metrics and tools to understand team performance and efficiency and takes actions to improve the team's efficiency.
• Works with manager to ensure robust and diverse talent is in place to achieve business needs and goals.
• Identifies and addresses skills gaps in the team that may impact its ability to meet business needs.
• Works with colleagues to review the operation and effectiveness of resourcing programs and contributes ideas for changes and improvements.
• May serve as a Scrum or Kanban Master.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of emerging technology trends and identifies opportunities where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements and competitive advantage.

This is a long-term contract position.  Will consider fully remote if within driving distance of Columbia, SC.  Standard business hours in EST/EDT are required.
