KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Scrum Master with a strong project management background. The Scrum Master will lead and manage a team of technical professionals in all aspects of Agile/Scrum practices. The Scrum Master will use his or her strong communication and organizational skills to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge technology projects and effective business process objectives.

The Scrum Master will have responsibility for, but not limited to, the following:

• Serving as the Point of Contact (POC) for all Scrum team-related activities and information with respect to assigned applications or products
• Understanding, translating and applying Agile concepts into effective business and application processes
• Effectively transitioning from concept to implementation in support of products, business models, and technical specifications and goals
• Resolving issues that impede projects and team performance to ensure deliverables are met
• Coordinating and facilitating sprints, retrospective meetings, stand-ups, etc. to ensure appropriate communication and project collaboration/delegation

The Scrum Master should have the following skills, experience, and abilities:

• Two (2 )+ years of experience as a Scrum Master
• At least four (4) years of software development and/or management experience
• Strong understanding of Agile principles, Waterfall methodology, and Scrum artifacts
• Familiarity with software development life cycle
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• BS degree in Computer Science or another related field preferred
• Scrum certification is strongly preferred
• Project manager background
• Salesforce experience is strongly preferred
• Experience working in an Agile and Waterfall hybrid environment
• Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship
