KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Senior Product Development Owner to lead product teams to execute the delivery of assigned products. The Senior Product Development Owner will define strategic product solutions, determine requirements, and develop functional designs based on the analysis of customer and business needs, organizational objectives, and existing systems infrastructure.

The Senior Product Delivery Owner will drive the design, development, and implementation of assigned products. The Product Delivery Owner will also be responsible for:

• Maintaining and executing product roadmaps.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the development of user experience flow, wireframes, and user interaction sequences​.
• Creating product vision with a focus on minimum viable product (MVP).​
• Developing and creating use case strategies, backlog resolutions, and test activities.
• Analyzing current/target state processes and flows and providing support for the architectural runway.
• Driving sprints in an Agile environment.  ​
• Assessing and prioritizing defects and performing production validation.
• Ensuring achievement of KPIs and product milestones/deliverables.

 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, marketing, management, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in developing software; banking/finance/lending experience preferred.
• SAFe Certified Product Owner.
• Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Strong communication skills, including clear written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work under pressure, working in an agile environment.
• Proven experience in product management supporting all phases of the product lifecycle using project methodology.
