KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Software Engineer to join the Customer Experience team of an agile, growing R&D engineering team focused.
The Software Engineer will troubleshoot, provide problem resolution, and software solutions for complex problems and products to ensure customer satisfaction. The Software Engineer will assist in pre-sales, post-sales, customer support, quality testing, and software development team initiatives related to design, coding, documentation, and/or testing of new or modified software.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Applicants should have the ability/willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after normal business hours. Applicants should have authorization to work in the U.S. This is a remote position that may require occasional onsite work and/or travel. The corporate office is in Columbia, SC.
