KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Solutions Analyst with a strong background in Credit Administration & Analysis. The Solutions Analyst will use influence, analysis, and collaboration skills to improve data-driven processes and products with a focus on quality, automation, and stakeholder needs/impacts.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop functional requirements specifications
  • Analyze and map business processes and IT infrastructure
  • Research applicable rules affecting solution delivery, such as compliance, data governance, or organizational mandates
  • Recommend solutions that deliver organizational goals
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of solutions
  • Oversee related solutions’ QA and deployment functions
  • Communicate with stakeholders and senior IT leaders throughout the project lifecycle

Primary Duties and Expectations:

  • Solve existing business problems by identifying, recommending and steering technology advancements.
  • Identify and document structure, characteristics, behaviors, and other aspects of business process/problems.
  • Define features, transition phases, and solution requirements.
  • Provide specifications according to which the solution is defined, managed, and delivered.
  • Contribute to identification and remediation of issues or challenges to the business transformation initiatives to modernize and enhance products, capabilities, and operations.
  • Create and maintain a streamlined, consistent approach across all lines of business.
  • Lead, facilitate, and direct the planning, coordination, and triaging of issues, decisions and gaps in capability for cross-functional initiatives or product implementation projects.
  • Analyze business systems, processes, and controls to ensure efficient and p-value based functions with optimal automation; identify inefficiencies and evaluate/review/conduct root cause analysis.
  • Establish clear and concise processes and procedures in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Ensure remediation plan milestones, timelines, and deadlines are met.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Management, Finance, or MIS/IT
  • 5+ years of experience within financial services/banking
  • Previous experience in credit administration and analysis strongly
  • 3+ years of experience in product management, product analysis, project delivery, project management, leadership, and/or executing strategy within a financial services organization
  • Strong ability to see the big picture and proactively identify potential obstacles
  • Proven abilities collaborating and driving consensus among stakeholders
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and timeline/deadline focused
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills with exceptional emotional intelligence
  • Proven experience in product and process improvement
  • Authorization to work as a W2 employee for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship
