KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a UX/UI Product Delivery Owner. The UX/UI Product Delivery Owner will work directly with all capability teams to promote good, consistent UX/UI patterns and usage across product capability teams.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage the work priorities for lending capabilities product teams
• Define epics for new software features, break them down into proper Features and User Stories, and manage/prioritize the product backlog
• Integrate UX/UI design style guide and establish SmartLending design best practices
• Develop storyboards, mock-ups, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Lead the design activities for various UI elements within the product suite
• Act as the user advocate during the development process, subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing or expert review, and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspective
• Understand and solve functional problems for a variety of data management, visualization, and analytics user scenarios
• Rationalize design decisions to peers and stakeholders

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent certificate(s) in interaction design, product design, graphic design, or another UX design-related field
• Approximately 5+ years of UX and UI design for desktop and/or web applications
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, and Illustrator
• Expertise with UX tools such as Balsamiq, Axure, Visio, OmniGraffle, UXPin, Justinmind
• A strong understanding of business and user requirements, and the ability to address and advocate for the end-user experience
• The ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong knowledge of current industry trends and UI common practices
• Familiarity with Scrum or other agile development processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong team player who can work with and support many different software teams
• Ability to work for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with WPF, XAML, JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 is a plus
• Mobile application design experience on iOS and/or Android is a plus

Location

This is a remote position. Occasional travel or onsite work (Columbia, SC) may be required. Applicants should be able to work EST/EDT standard business hours.
