KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Third Party (Vendor) Management Coordinator in Columbia, SC. The Vendor Management Coordinator will guide and support system users and ensure compliance with procedures, regulations, and internal policies.

What will you do?

The Vendor Management Coordinator will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:

• Assisting with the maintenance, administration, and development of Third-Party Risk Management applications and tools
• Assist users with system and related-policy support
• Creating and generating reports to ensure compliance with processes and policies
• Coordinating and communicating initiatives across lines of business and with various service vendors
• Adhering to all HIPAA and privacy requirements

What experience do you need?

The Vendor Management Coordinator should have the following qualifications:

• Prior experience in vendor coordination/vendor system management
• Experience in banking, financial services, mortgage lending, or other related industry strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical mindset
• Authorization to work for any employer in the US without current or future sponsorship
