KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Customer Service Representative in Lexington, SC. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from initial contact through product delivery.

The Customer Service Representative should have the following skills:

  • At least two years of in-person customer support experience, preferably in retail, building supplies, and/or manufacturing industries
  • At least one year of call center or phone support experience
  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience with order management, such as order intake, tracking, and delivery scheduling
  • Excellent grammar and communication skills
