Are you an experienced Outside Sales Representative looking for a new challenge? Do you enjoy prospecting, researching, and engaging new customers? If so, we want to talk to you!

KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting top-notch Sales Representatives to support several client initiatives. These positions are for people who enjoy outside sales, cold-calling, and aggressive prospecting. The Sales Representatives should have the following skills and abilities:

  • At least two years of Business-to-Business outside sales experience with a proven record of success
  • Bachelor degree required
  • Significant experience prospecting and cold-calling
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Focus on quality, customer service, and high ethical standards
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Internet researching

These are not account management positions. The Sales Representatives will be responsible for identifying their prospects, creating call plans and territory routing, and meeting sales metrics.
