KG Workforce Solutions is recruiting for a Technical Support Representative for a long-term contract in Columbia, SC. The Technical Support Representative should have the following skills, education, and abilities:

  •  At least two years of customer support experience in a call-center environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • At least one year of technical support experience, preferably in a mainframe or midrange environment
  • Experience performing against metrics or SLAs
  • Ticketing system experience
  • Associate degree in business or computer science preferred
